My wife was looking for a protein bar with no dairy, no gluten, and no chocolate (I know, she's quite special), so this looked pretty good. However, even though it's low in sugar, the artificial sweeteners are WAY over the top and this is much too sweet for any mature adult's taste buds. There was also an "chemical taste" that's hard to describe. Maybe that's par for the course for protein bars or just an artifact of the artificial sweeteners. (Note that erythritol appears 3 times on the ingredients list.)
